Your billing anniversary day is shown in your Starlink account under Billing. The day number (e.g. the 22nd) is what you need for the slider above.

1Go to starlink.com and sign in
2Click Billing in the left menu
3Look for "Your billing period is..." — the start date is your anniversary day

2Go to Account → Billing
3Look for the "Next bill" date and the billing period bar — your anniversary is the start date

Upgrades: Charged immediately. You pay the daily rate difference for remaining days. Starlink uses a fixed 30-day divisor regardless of actual month length.

Downgrades (paid plans): $0 due today. Credit applied to your account. Choose to change now or at next cycle.

Downgrade to Standby: Takes effect at next billing date only — no immediate change option.

💡 Tip: To minimise upgrade costs, wait until you've used your current data allowance, or schedule the change close to your billing date.
